Matador Resources Company (the “Company”) will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 1, 2017 (the “Annual Meeting”). In connection with the Annual Meeting, management of the Company will give a presentation, which it has also posted on the Company’s website, www.matadorresources.com, on the Presentations & Webcasts page under the Investors tab.
