DMS SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT IS APPROVED BY THE SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND
Mastermyne Group Limited ( “Mastermyne” ) (ASX:MYE) is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of Queensland ( Court ) has today approved the Scheme of Arrangement under which Mastermyne will acquire all of the issued share capital in Diversified Mining Services Ltd ( DMS ) ( Scheme ). All conditions precedent to the Implementation of the Scheme have now been satisfied.
A copy of the Court order approving the Scheme will be lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission later today. At the end of today, the Scheme will become legally effective and the transaction is expected to be implemented on Tuesday, 23 December 2014. The key dates of the Scheme remain unchanged, see below.
