Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

Mastermyne Group Limited (ASX Code: MYE) (“Mastermyne” or “the Company”) advises that Mr Bill Lyne has resigned as Joint Company Secretary with effect from the 20[th] December 2017. Mastermyne would like to thank Bill for his services as Company Secretary, a position he has held since the 15[th] November 2016, having previously held the position from March 2010 to until February 2015.

Liz Blockley remains in the position of Company Secretary.
