ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

New Chairman Announced

Mastermyne Group Limited (ASX Code: MYE) is pleased to announce that Darren Hamblin has been elected by the Board as Chairman, effective from the close of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 25 November 2013.

Mr Hamblin is co-founder of Mastermyne and has been a Director from when the business was first established in 1996. He has been a non-executive Director since 2008.

As announced on 26 September 2013 the current Chairman, Peter Slaughter, will not be standing for re-election at the AGM, so will cease to be a Director at the close of that meeting.

The Board continues its search for another independent non-executive Director.
