Mastermyne Appoints New Independent Director

Mastermyne Group Limited (ASX:MYE) today announced that the Company has accepted the resignation of Independent Director Ian Hall. Ian was appointed on the initial listing of the Mastermyne Group in May 2010. Following his intention to resign a selection process has been undertaken to replace Mr Hall and the Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr James Wentworth to the position of Independent Director.

Mr Wentworth is a highly regarded financial services executive with 17 years’ experience in private equity transactions, acquisitions and integration, management and exit of investments, strategy development, structuring and finance and brings his international experience and a background in the legal profession. Mr Wentworth is currently Finance Director with ASX listed Finders Resources Ltd.

The Board of Directors is very confident that Mr Wentworth will add value to the Mastermyne Group Board and we welcome him and look forward to working with him.
