Masterflex AG defers publication of the 2007 annual report for technical
reasons
Scheduled publication of balance sheet, income statement, key figures and
guidance 31 March 2008
Gelsenkirchen, 27 March 2008. Gelsenkirchen-based Masterflex AG (ISIN
DE0005492938), specialist in processing special plastics will put back the
publication of its entire 2007 annual report to 15 April 2008.
On Monday, 31 March 2008, the key ratios on the past financial year,
including the income statement, the balance sheet and the 2008 outlook will
be presented at the accounts press conference and the DVFA analysts’
conference. On 18 March 2008, Masterflex AG had already published
consolidated sales and Group EBIT income for the 2007 financial year.
The presentation will be available on the web site www.masterflex.de in the
area of Investor Relations/Download Centre in German and English.
The complete annual report 2006 will be available for downloading on
www.masterflex.de from 15 April 2008.
