Member of the Board Hiltrud Mütherich has informed the Supervisory Board of Masterflex AG that for personal reasons she will not be extending her contract as member of the Board beyond its current validity of April 2005. Mütherich will continue working full-time for the Company until a suitable successor is found. Ms. Mütherich has been a member of the Company’s management since 1995 and has made a substantial contribution to the Company’s successful development in this time. As a member of the Board, she was responsible for the finance and controlling at Company and Group level. In addition, she was responsible for the core business unit, High-tech Hose Systems (seven production companies). The Supervisory Board regrets Ms. Mütherich’s decision.
