Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give notice that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened to be held on Tuesday, the 12th day of May, 2026 at 04:00 P.M. at Ludhiana, inter alia:
- To consider, approve and take on record the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026;
- To consider, approve and take on record the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2026 and;
- Any other matter as the Board of Directors of the Company may decide during the course of the meeting.
Further, kindly note that as per the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed from April 01, 2026, and shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2026.
