We would like to inform you that we have received today April 26, 2021, disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, from IDFC Asset Management Company Limited (Investment Manager of IDFC Mutual Fund) where IDFC Mutual Fund through its schemes IDFC Core Equity Fund & IDFC Tax Advantage (ELSS) has sold 11,667 & 6,423 equity shares respectively of the Company on April 22, 2021 which has resulted their shareholding decrease by more than 2% of paid up capital of the Company, i.e. from 5.1395% (the last reported holding) to 3.0869%.
