This has reference to our intimation dated July 18, 2022, having letter reference no. SEC/38/2022-23, in relation to signing of definitive agreement by the Company to acquire 100% Shareholding in Meta Soft Tech Systems Private Limited.
We wish to further inform that the Company has completed the acquisition of 100% Shareholding of Meta Soft Tech Systems Private Limited (CIN: U72900TN2013PTC090292).
Accordingly, Meta Soft Tech Systems Private Limited has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
