SEC/79/2021-22 dated October 1, 2021, this is to inform you that in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company which has been closed since Thursday, September 30, 2021 , for the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2021, shall remain closed upto Thursday, October 21, 2021.
