ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 30, 2020, MasTec, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “ Company ”), announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. In addition, the Company issued guidance for the quarter ending June 30, 2020 and revised its guidance for the year ending December 31, 2020, in each case as set forth in the earnings press release. A copy of the Company’s earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
