ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 30, 2014, MasTec, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “ Company ”), announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. In addition, the Company issued both updated guidance for the year ending December 31, 2014 and preliminary guidance for the year ending December 31, 2015, in each case as set forth in the earnings press release. A copy of the Company’s earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
