Reference is made to the announcement on Dec 20, 16:01:14 CET regarding capital

increase.

Following registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.

Foretaksregisteret), the Company's share capital will be NOK 30,627,111.75

divided on 122,508,455 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25.
