JOHN BINDE FRATRER SOM STYREMEDLEM I MÅSØVAL AS

John Binde har meddelt Måsøval AS at han ønsker å fratre som styremedlem i

Selskapet.

Han skal begynne i investeringsbanken Astrup Fearnley Securities for å lede

deres satsning innen akvakultur.

Denne stillingen er ikke forenlig med rollen som styremedlem i Måsøval AS, og

er bakgrunnen for beslutningen.

«Jeg vil takke for fire spennende år i styret i Måsøval i en periode med

imponerende utvikling og vekst, noe jeg tror også vil fortsette fremover», sier

John Binde.

«Jeg ønsker å takke John for hans innsats i styret. Hans brede erfaring fra og

innsikt i oppdrettsbransjen har vært til stor nytte for selskapet», sier

styreleder Lars Måsøval.

Måsøval is an integrated producer of Atlantic salmon with more than 50 years of

operational experience. Located in Central Norway in the region west of

Trondheim, Måsøval has both significant farming operations at sea and inhouse

smolt production. Through its majority ownership in the processing and

distribution company Pure Norwegian Seafood AS, Måsøval is processing and

exporting high quality Atlantic salmon to a global marketplace.
