Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 3, 2025, Masimo Corporation (“Masimo”) held its 2025 Investor Day, which it announced in a press release, dated December 3, 2025, furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report. Also on December 3, 2025, Katie Szyman, Chief Executive Officer of Masimo Corporation, and several of Masimo’s other executives presented at Masimo’s 2025 Investor Day.

A replay of the presentation is available on Masimo’s website at investor.masimo.com, a copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report. During Masimo’s 2025 Investor Day, Masimo’s Chief Financial Officer reaffirmed financial guidance for fiscal year 2025, as well as provided certain long-range financial targets, as set forth in the presentation furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
