Masimo Corporation Date of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

On March 27, 2023, Masimo Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) established June 26, 2023 as the date for the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2023 Annual Meeting”). The Company will announce the location and record date for the 2023 Annual Meeting at a later time.
