MASI AGRICOLA: MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY

Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, January 7th, 2016. We inform that on December 23rd, 2015 the deed of merger by incorporation of the wholly-owned subsidiary Canova S.r.l. into Masi Agricola S.p.A. (please see the press release issued by Masi Agricola S.p.A. on September 30th, 2015) has been registered by the Register of Companies of Verona. This operation has been performed as part of an intra-group reorganization.

Masi Agricola is a wine producing company rooted in Valpolicella Classica, producing and distributing premium wines firmly anchored to the values of the Venetian area. Thanks to the use of indigenous grape varieties and methods, and ongoing experimentation and research activities, Masi is today one of the best known Italian producers of quality wines in the world. Its wines, in particular its Amarone, have gained wide international acclaim by the critics.
