Bologna, 2 November 2021 - Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM:MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, is set to attend the "Finance Gala 2021", scheduled to take place in Milan on Thursday, 4 November 2021.
The event, organised by Integrae SIM, will be held in hybrid mode: in person at "Hangar 21" in Milan or remotely. The Finance Gala aims to encourage meetings between the top management of listed issuers and all investors (Italian and foreign): institutional, retail and financial advisors.
The event will allow an in-depth information exchange between the financial community and the enterprise world - specifically small and medium-sized companies - creating networking, partnership and sharing of plans and strategies. The participation of Marzocchi Pompe will display in several key moments, including both one-to-one and one-to-many investor meetings and a Management speech to the audience in the hall and to people connected via streaming, thus representing an opportunity to showcase the Company equity story, the latest financial results and the business growth prospects.
The Finance Gala is a further important step to promote the dialogue between Marzocchi Pompe Management and the financial market operators.
Strengthened by an excellent market positioning and a high production flexibility, as well as by its capability to optimally manage the raw material procurement, this year Marzocchi Pompe has quickly returned to pre-Covid levels, both in terms of sales (19.9 M€ in 1H 2021) and margins (17.6% EBITDA margin in 1H 2021, at an all-time high).

Marzocchi Pompe is a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, which find application in various fields: industrial, mobile and automotive. It closed 2020 with approximately 34 million euros in sales revenue. Founded in 1949, it is controlled by the Marzocchi family, which holds the majority of the shares and is present in the company with Paolo Marzocchi, President, and his son Carlo, in the Technical Area. The CEO Gabriele Bonfiglioli and four other managers are also part of the shareholding structure. The production is entirely made in Italy in the two sites of Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Zola Predosa (BO). Marzocchi Pompe is present in over 50 countries through an international distribution network.
