Bologna, 18 December, 2019 - Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (AIM: MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, in compliance with the requirements of article 35 of the AIM Italia Regulation, announces that it has appointed MAINFIRST BANK AG as specialist operator.
Mainfirst Bank AG will start operating on January 1st, 2020, taking over from Banca Intermobiliare di Investimenti e Gestioni S.p.A. that therefore will act until the day December 31st, 2019.
MAINFIRST BANK AG ("MAINFIRST") is a leading international broker active in Europe and the US (headed by Stifel Financial Corp. - NYSE: SF, through its parent company Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited). The collaboration with MAINFIRST and with Stifel aims to promote Marzocchi Pompe SpA with international investors leveraging on the presence of MAINFIRST and Stifel in the main European financial centres of Milan, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Monaco, Paris, Zurich and, in the United States, New York. MAINFIRST BANK AG, already active as a corporate broker of the Company, has operated as Co-Global Coordinator in the listing of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. on AIM Italia, taking place in July 2019.

Marzocchi Pompe is a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, which are used in various fields: industrial, mobile and automotive. 2018 closed with sales of approximately € 42.7 million. Founded in 1949, it is controlled by the Marzocchi family, which holds the majority of the shares and is present in the company with Paolo Marzocchi, President, and his son Carlo, in the Technical Area. The shareholder also includes CEO Gabriele Bonfiglioli and four other managers. The production is carried out entirely in Italy in the two locations of Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Zola Predosa (BO). Marzocchi Pompe is present in over 50 countries through an international distribution network.
