The Company today announces that it was notified that on 28 September that James Corsellis and Antoinette Vanderpuije, both partners of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, and Peter Rioda, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company as follows:
