Release of shares from escrow

Graphex Mining Limited ( ASX: GPX ) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, on 8 June 2017, 3,546,000 fully paid ordinary shares (the ‘ Escrowed Shares ’) will be released from escrow.

Graphex will apply for quotation of the Escrowed Shares upon their release from escrow.
