WITHDRAWAL OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

Graphex Mining Limited (ASX: GPX) (‘ Graphex ’ or the ‘ Company ’) advises that as a result of current market conditions, the Company is immediately withdrawing the Share Purchase Plan (‘ SPP ’) offer that was announced on 6 March 2020.

All SPP application monies received will be refunded in full shortly, in accordance with the terms set out in the SPP offer booklet. Authorised by the Board.
