REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Graphex Mining Limited (ASX: GPX), (the “ Company ”) requests an extension of the voluntary suspension from quotation be granted by ASX, with respect to the Company’s quoted securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The extension of the voluntary suspension is being requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to the financing arrangements associated with the Chilalo Graphite Project;

2. The Company expects the extension of the voluntary suspension to end at the commencement of trade on Friday 19 June 2020, or when an announcement on the abovementioned matter is released to the market;

3. The event that will end the voluntary suspension is the abovementioned announcement; and

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the extension of the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the extension of the voluntary suspension.
