CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL) ( Marvel or the Company ) advises that, effective today, it has appointed BDO (WA) Pty Ltd ( BDO ) as the Company’s external auditor. The appointment of BDO replaces PricewaterhouseCoopers ( PwC ) as the Company’s external auditor.

In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act), a resolution will put before shareholders at the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting, to ratify the appointment of BDO as the Company’s external auditor

The change of external auditor is in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act and has been made as part of a process of reviewing the Company’s service providers, pursuant to the Company’s primary focus on exploration in Mali. The Board thanks PwC for their service to the Company.
