Marula Mining PLC ( AQSE: MARU A2X: MAR ) announces today that its registered office has changed with immediate effect to:

This will also be the new registered office for all of the Group's subsidiary companies which are registered in United Kingdom.

Marula is exploring opportunities to admit its shares to trading on Kenya's Nairobi Securities Exchange and South Africa's Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
