MARTELA CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 APRIL 2015 at 8.30 a.m.

CHANGES TO MARTELA'S BUSINESS UNIT ORGANISATION

Martela has decided to integrate its Business Unit Poland into Business Unit International. Business Unit International previously included Martela's operations in Russia and exports to countries where Martela does not have a subsidiary. After the changes have been made, Business Unit International will consist of Martela's sales operations in Poland and Russia as well as exports. The unit will be headed by Veli-Matti Savo, who previously served as Director of Business Unit International. He will also continue to be responsible for the Martela Group's marketing. Marcin Rutkowski, current Director of Business Unit Poland, will continue in his position and report to Veli-Matti Savo.

After the changes, the Group's Management Team will consist of Heikki Martela (CEO), Ari-Matti Purhonen (VP, Business Unit Finland and Group Product Portfolio), Veli-Matti Savo (VP, Business Unit International and Marketing), Petri Boman (VP, Supply Chain Management and R&D) and Markku Pirskanen (CFO). The organisational change will take effect on 1 May 2015.
