Purchase of shares into the EBT
Marston's PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 12 and 13 March 2025 Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited (the "Trustee"), as Trustee of The Marston's PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), purchased 287,566 ordinary shares of 7.375 pence each in the Company as follows:

The shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Group's employees. The shares will be used to satisfy the exercise of share options by employees including to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company.
Further to this purchase, the EBT holds a total of 1,254,101 ordinary shares which represents 0.198% of the Company's issued share capital. The total number of ordinary shares of 7.375 pence each in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 634,257,170.
