Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company announces that on 16 December 2015 the Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) listed below exercised an award over ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan with HM Revenue & Customs Approved Schedules, which had been granted on 15 June 2012. 

The 2012 Awards comprised an LTIP Award in the form of a nil cost option over shares.
