Marston's PLC (the "Company") today announces that Nick Backhouse, a Non-executive Director of the Company, was appointed as the Senior Non-executive Director of Hollywood Bowl Group plc on 14 June 2016.  Nick will also Chair the Audit Committee.

Hollywood Bowl Group plc began trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc on 21 September 2016.
