Block Listing Application

Marshalls plc ("Marshalls" or the "Company") announces that a block listing application has been made for a total of 995,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

995,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each will be block listed pursuant to the Company's Share Save Plan and Bonus Share Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 27 November 2018.

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
