Director/PDMR Shareholding

Marshalls plc, the specialist Landscape, Building and Roofing Products group, announces that it has been informed that, on 7 October 2022: 

·    Vanda Murray OBE, Chair, purchased 4,100 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £2.45;

·    Martyn Coffey, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £2.45; and

·    Mrs Alison Lockwood, wife of Justin Lockwood, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 4,047 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £2.46.

Following these purchases:

·    Vanda Murray is interested in 28,350 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.011%;

·    Martyn Coffey is interested in 388,463 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15; and

·    Justin Lockwood is interested in 21,522 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.008%,

of the Company's voting share capital.
