The Board of Marshalls announces that Philip Rogerson is stepping down as a director of the Company, with immediate effect, for health reasons.

Philip joined the board in September 2021 and served as a non-executive director and member of each of our Board committees.

The Board wishes to thank Philip for his support and commitment during his time with the Company and to wish him well for the future.
