Marshalls plc announces that Andrew Allner, Chairman of the Board of Marshalls plc, has been appointed to the Board of SIG plc as Non-Executive Director and Chairman with effect from 1 November 2017.

Following Andrew's appointment as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of SIG plc and in line with Marshalls' Board succession plans, a search will now commence for Andrew's successor.  Andrew will step down as Chairman and retire from the Marshalls plc Board once a new Chairman has been appointed.
