On April 27, 2017, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. issued a press release reporting financial

results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017, and announcing that a conference call to discuss such

results will be held at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on April 27, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached
