Appointments

to Maroc Telecom’s Supervisory and Management Boards

Maroc Telecom’s Supervisory Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Jean-François Dubos as member of the Supervisory Board, in replacement of Mr. Jean-Bernard Lévy.

The Board also appointed Mr. Jean-René Fourtou as Vice-Chairman. Mr. Fourtou is already a member of Maroc Telecom’s Supervisory Board and the Chairman of Vivendi’s Supervisory Board.

Mr. Dubos joined the Générale des Eaux Group (subsequently Vivendi) in 1991. He served as General Counsel of the Group before being appointed Chairman of Vivendi’s Management Board on June 28, 2012.

The Supervisory Board has also appointed Mr. Laurent Mairot as member of Maroc Telecom’s Management Board, in replacement of Mr. Arnaud Castille. Mr. Mairot will serve as Chief Financial Officer.

After working as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at Vivendi Net, and then as Corporate Vice President, Business Strategy and Development for Vivendi’s Media and Video Games division, Mr. Mairot was appointed Vice President, Budgeting, Planning and Internal Audit at Vivendi, and Vice President, Accounting and Internal Audit for Group holdings.

Mr. Mairot, forty-four years old, holds a master’s degree (DESS) in international taxation and finance from the University of Lille II, a degree in financial analysis, and has participated in the INSEAD executive program.
