On December 23, 2014, Deka Investment GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 19, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 11.94% (this corresponds to 179140 Voting Rights).
11.94% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 179140 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following
shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in Marenave Schiffahrts AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Kreissparkasse Biberach, Kreissparkasse
Bautzen, Kreissparkasse Heilbronn.
