Mecklenburg-Schwerin', Schwerin, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Marenave Schiffahrts AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0H1GY2, WKN:
A0H1GY, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 06,
2007 and on that day amounted to 3.33% (this corresponds to 5000 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.33% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5000 Voting Rights) is to be
