Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Marenave Schiffahrts AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0H1GY2, WKN:
A0H1GY, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on February
08, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.6658% (this corresponds to 40000
Voting Rights).
