On June 20, 2011, Deka Investment GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 15, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 8.60% (this corresponds to 129150 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 8.60% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 129150 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Kreissparkasse Biberach and Kreissparkasse
Bautzen.
