On April 19, 2010, Sachsen-Finanzgruppe, Leipzig, Germany, informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 a of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG have exceeded the 3 % limit of the Voting
Rights with admission to stock exchange trading on November 09, 2006, and
on that day amount to 6.664 % (100,000 Voting Rights).
Of these, a share of 6.664 % of the Voting Rights (100,000 Voting Rights)
are directly attributable to Sachsen-Finanzgruppe according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
Attributable Voting Rights are held via the follwing company, which is
controlled by Sachsen-Finanzgruppe and whose share on Voting Rights on
Marenave Schiffahrts AG equals or exceeds 3.0 % :
