On May 07, 2010, Helaba Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt,
Germany, informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 a of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG have exceeded the 3
% limit of the Voting Rights with admission to stock exchange trading on
November 09, 2006, and on that day amount to 10.66 % (16,000 Voting
Rights).
Of these, a share of 10.66 % of the Voting Rights (16,000 Voting Rights)
are directly attributable to Helaba Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
Attributable Voting Rights are held via the follwing stockholders, whose
share on Voting Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG equals or exceeds 3.0 %:
