On July 01, 2009, the 'Land Schleswig-Holstein', 24105 Kiel, Germany,
informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting
Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG, Axel-Springer-Platz 3, 20355 Hamburg,
have exceeded the 3 % limit of the Voting Rights on June 25, 2009, and now
amount to 4.68 (7,019 out of 150,050 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1, Section 3 of the
WpHG all of the Voting Rights are to be attributed to following
subsidiaries, whose Voting Rights amount to 3.0 % or more:
- HSH Finanzfonds AöR (parent company of the HSH Nordbank AG),
- HSH Nordbank AG
