On February 15, 2008 , DEKA Investment Frankfurt, Deutschland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0H1GY2, WKN: A0H1GY, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on February 08, 2008 and now amount to 5.29% (this corresponds to 7940
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.29% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7940 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
Voting rights attributed to them by Sparkasse Biberach which holds directly
3% or more of the voting rights.
