Mr. Tobias König, currently sole member of the Executive Board of Marenave
Schiffahrts AG, has informed the Supervisory Board in its Supervisory Board
Meeting today that he will presumably resign from his function as Executive
Board's Chairman at the 31st of December 2013.
This happened against the background of his resignation as managing partner
and shareholder of König & Cie. GmbH & CO. KG.

A possible successor has not been nominated yet.
