Tobias König, recently the sole member of the Executive Board of Marenave
Schiffahrts AG, announced during the Company's Supervisory Board meeting
today that he will step down from his position on the Board effective 31
December 2013.
During the same Board meeting, the Supervisory Board appointed Ole
Daus-Petersen (45) to the Company's new Executive Board effective
immediately.
Mr. Daus-Petersen, originally from Denmark, has more than 20 years of
professional experience in international shipping - including in various
managing positions.
