Mr. Jörn Meyer, CFO of Marenave Schiffahrts AG, informed the supervisory
board that he will resign by December 31, 2011, for personal reasons.

The supervisory board regrets the resignation of Mr. Jörn Meyer and thanks
him for his work performed during the start-up-period of the company and
throughout the market crisis.
