Change of Officers

Marmota Limited (ASX:MEU) notes that, as announced on 16 January 2017, Ian Warland commences as Managing Director, effective from 30 January 2017. Mr Warland’s Initial Director’s Interest Notice is attached.

The Board would like to thank Dr Kevin Wills for taking on the extra role of Acting Managing Director in the interim period. Dr Wills ceases to be a Director effective 30 January 2017. His Final Director’s Interest Notice is attached. Dr Wills continues as Marmota’s Chief Consulting Geologist as the Company embarks on a very active and exciting year in 2017.
