Resignation of Managing Director
Marmota Limited (ASX:MEU) advises that Mr Ian Warland has given notice of his resignation as Managing Director for personal reasons, with effect on 2 June 2017.
Dr Colin Rose, Marmota Chairman, said:
- “ Ian joined Marmota recently in January. We are grateful to him for successfully leading a complex field campaign and improving Company systems. We wish Ian only the very best. ”
Dr Kevin Wills will assume the position of Acting Managing Director from 5 June 2017 until a permanent replacement is announced.
