Our Company has submitted an application to Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. for the determination of the base price of the shares to be issued within the scope of the private placement to Koç Holding A.Ş., which was favorably evaluated by the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") with its decision dated 04.12.2025 and is expected to generate total proceeds of approximately TL 1,600,000,000, in accordance with the Wholesale Buy Sales Transactions Procedure of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.
